There are two options for you the guest that needs our Disneyland Resort Expertise during your visit to Disneyland and Disney California Adventure.
Mobile Guest Service
With use of your Mobile Device, you will have direct contact with a Disneyland Resort Expert during your visit to Disneyland and Disney California Adventure.
This Disneyland Expert will guide and give you real-time advice as you visit the Disney Parks. They will retrieve your FastPasses and lead you from attraction to attraction with the shortest waits possible. You can expect to experience 20-30 attractions during your visit, with an average wait time of less than 20 minutes.
This service will last the entire day from park opening to park closing. The price for this option is $200 + $15 for each Guest per day. It includes a Park Map to follow and the MaxPass/PhotoPass Service.
In-Person Guest Service
This service is like the Mobile Guest Service, except you will have a Disneyland Resort Expert by your side in-person for 6 hours. After the 6 hours, the service will turn into the Mobile Guest Service.
The price for this option is $400 + $15 for each Guest per day. It includes the MaxPass/PhotoPass Service (we are the Park Map).
How to Make a Payment
Payments can be made via Venmo (no fees) and PayPal (5% fee added if you use PayPal). For the In-Person Guest Service a pre-booking fee of $50 with the remaining payment being paid via PayPal (5% fee applies) or Venmo (no fees) near your visiting date. The Mobile Guest Service is a flat fee that will need to be paid in advance. Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours to create your Mobile Guest Service Experience.
All Services DO NOT include your entry into Disneyland or Disney California Adventure.
